AUBREY ROAD
About the Artist
Austin Reed and Brianna Padilla formed Aubrey Road after meeting in Central High in Fresno, California. After being introduced by a mutual friend they brought out their guitars and quickly realized the talent each other had. Over the next year, they began writing original music and preparing to perform live. Brianna was a contestant on American Idol where she made it to Vegas week and aired on January 16th, 2015.
In early 2016 Aubrey Road cut their debut EP Red Light with Grammy-nominated producer Brian Kolb. The EP would feature Rob Mcnelley on guitar. Aubrey Road also managed to stir the interest and support of Garth Brook lead player and Trisha Yearwood's manager Johnny Garcia who continues to support their efforts.
In 2017 Aubrey Road hit Omni Recording Studio In Nashville, Tennessee to cut their 2nd EP with Grammy-Nominated producer Brian Kolb featuring Kenny Chesney's guitar player Kenny Greenberg on guitar. The EP was released in October 2017 and has garnished Aubrey Road much respect in the Nashville's songwriting circle and radio play in Japan, Hong Kong, Sweden, United Kingdom and Canada. Aubrey Road was also selected as Nash Next's top 40 finalists beating out 2200 country acts. Aubrey Road was nominated as one of 2017's up and coming country acts to watch by Shutter Magazine.
Aubrey Road has opened for The Band Perry, Cassadee Pope, Micheal Ray, Billy Currington, Shooter Jennings and Lo Cash. If 2017 is any indicator of what 2018 has in store for Aubrey Road it's going to be a very busy year for this duo.
